Business Development/Inside Sales Representative

What We Are Looking For
As PDSVISION continues to grow across the Nordics, we're looking for a driven, energetic Business Development/Inside Sales Representative who thrives on activity, momentum, and making things happen behind the scenes. In this role, you won’t be chasing big deals yourself - but you’ll be absolutely critical to making sure others can.
You’ll act as the engine of the sales team - clearing the path, qualifying leads, managing daily coordination tasks, and making sure no detail is missed. Whether it’s getting meetings booked, ensuring order forms are processed correctly, or following up on key actions, you help create the space for the wider team to be successful.
Your Role
- Generate and qualify leads through structured outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events etc)
- Book meetings and support the sales team with well-prepared handovers
- Assist with order administration, license requests, and internal sales coordination
- Keep our CRM clean, updated, and helpful - so nothing gets dropped
- Respond to inbound interest, support marketing campaigns, and follow up on event leads
- Track activity, update sales reports, and help drive internal follow-ups
- Be the friendly first point of contact for many of our future customers
Who You Are
- You enjoy making others look good and keeping things running smoothly
- You’re a doer - someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, and gets things done without waiting to be told
- You’re confident on the phone and know how to keep conversations clear, friendly, and focused
- You have 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- You're highly organized, proactive, and not afraid of high daily activity
- You're clear in your written communication and quick to learn new topics
- You’re fluent in either Finnish or Swedish, and in English
- You take pride in being detail-oriented, reliable, and the person others count on to keep things on track

Other Info
This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period leading to permanent employment.
Please note: We will only consider applicants who are fully fluent in either Finnish or Swedish, in addition to English. This is essential for daily communication with our customers and internal teams across the Nordics.
