Your role

As a Technical Consultant in one of our project teams, you will help deliver a wide range of customer projects within the PTC product portfolio. These projects vary in size and complexity, and your combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills will be essential to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.

Typical assignments include:

• Installing and configuring enterprise-scale PLM and CAD systems on both Windows and Linux.
• Performing data migrations and system upgrades
• Configuring, customizing and testing customer environments to meet specific needs
• Supporting customers throughout the implementation process to secure a smooth transition

A key part of your role is also to act as a Trusted Advisor to our customers. This means guiding them on how to get the most value out of their PLM investments, from understanding and challenging their current ways of working to drive them towards best practices, to educating teams and shaping effective processes that support their business objectives

Beyond technical deliveries, you will collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous development of our delivery processes.

Other Information:
Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.
