What you'll do:
- Drive 5–6 enterprise accounts like a trusted advisor, not a vendor.
- Help customers see what’s possible and show the way.
- Build roadmaps that matter, and relationships that last.
- Spot risks before they become problems.
- Collaborate with a small, elite team that’s been hand-picked for a reason.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and business consulting to drive maximum impact.
- Lead by example. Share stories. Prove value. Measure what matters.

What you bring
- Solid experience in PLM and digital transformation and a hunger to learn more.
- Business impact knowledge: you know how to make a real difference.
- A strategic mindset.
- Communication skills that move rooms.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with Windchill (or other similar PLM systems) and if you’ve learned to appreciate its depth without losing your sense of humor, you’ll fit right in.
- A degree and/or track record that shows you’ve done this before and done it well.
- Citizenship or permanent residency in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, or Norway

Other Information:
Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.
